One of Birmingham's oldest theatre companies, Hall Green Little Theatre aims to deliver exciting, engaging and professional theatre and is dedicated to encouraging people in the community to engage with the arts.

HGLT has been producing quality drama since 1950 and is run by committed volunteers who all share the same passion and enthusiasm for theatre. Producing 10 productions per season, six on the main stage and four in the studio, the theatre also boasts a rehearsal room, large wardrobe and props departments, licensed bar as well as other facilities.

A member of The Little Theatre of Great Britain HGLT offers wide ranging theatre from drama, comedy to farce and our annual traditional family panto. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved and HGLT welcomes all those with an interest in theatre to join a thriving team.
